Refund and Return Policy

Changed your mind?

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The kit must be unused and unopened
  • All components must be complete and in their original packaging
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

If your return is accepted:

  • You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage
  • Once we receive and inspect the kit, we’ll issue a refund for the cost of the item (excluding original delivery charges)

We’re not able to accept returns for kits that have been opened, started, cut, glued, painted, or otherwise used: once a build has begun, the kit can’t be resold.

We cannot accept returns of bespoke products, unless they are faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged items

If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it.

If your kit arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Missing parts
  • Or with a manufacturing fault

Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos if relevant

We’ll offer one of the following:

  • A replacement part
  • A replacement kit
  • Or a full refund, depending on what makes most sense

In cases of faults or errors on our part, we’ll cover any necessary postage costs.

What we can’t accept returns for

  • Kits that have been opened or used
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, modification, or misuse
  • Wear and tear after use
  • Change of mind after starting a build

If you’re unsure whether something counts as a fault, please ask – we’re always happy to talk it through.

How to start a return

Just drop us a message via the contact form with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

We’ll guide you through the next steps.

A quick note from us

We design our kits to be affordable, beginner-friendly, and fun, and we test them ourselves in real-world conditions. As a small business, we can’t absorb unlimited returns or free postage, but we can promise honesty, responsiveness, and fair treatment.

If something’s gone wrong, we’ll work with you to put it right – just let us know 🙂
